Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will design and develop scalable, resilient solutions while telecommuting from anywhere within the U.S., ensuring effective project delivery in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that meet customer needs
• Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring comprehensive system support and telemetry
• Mentor engineering team members and manage technical roadmaps and project commitments

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 7+ years of experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python
• 2+ years of agile development experience with a strong understanding of DevOps practices
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering processes, including design patterns and unit testing
• 1+ years of experience with cloud technologies and production operational support
