Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the technical design and delivery of enterprise solutions, the full-time Lead Software Engineer for Technology Architecture will accelerate AI adoption across the software development lifecycle while working in a hybrid environment in Lakeland, FL.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise technology solutions that enhance developer experience and improve delivery speed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into secure and scalable technical solutions
- Establish engineering patterns and standards that boost developer productivity and solution quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or an analytical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of software engineering and technology-related experience
- 5+ years of experience leading large projects and/or managing teams
- Strong hands-on experience with technologies such as C#, .NET, Python, Azure, and Kubernetes
- Experience with modern software delivery practices including CI/CD and automated testing
