Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Lead Software Engineer with extensive experience in building modern web applications using Go (Golang) and HTMX, this full-time remote position will involve driving the design and delivery of scalable applications while providing technical leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end design and delivery of scalable full-stack applications using Go (Golang) and HTMX
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding teams through design, development, and delivery processes
• Own architecture and solution design, ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performing systems aligned with best practices

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in full lifecycle software development in an agile environment
• Solid hands-on development experience with Go (Golang) and HTMX for web applications
• Experience deploying solutions in Microsoft Azure, including common Azure constructs
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and containerization/deployment across environments
