Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of large-scale software solutions, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team while overseeing the entire software development lifecycle in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of software solutions aligned with business goals
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver features on schedule

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Two years of experience in software development, including C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and JavaScript
• Experience designing and developing desktop applications and integrating them with databases and APIs
• Proficiency in customizing and integrating Dynamics CRM solutions
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA for tracking and reporting
