Job Summary

Leading a software development scrum team, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will design and implement scalable solutions using .NET components and APIs in an AWS environment, while coaching team members and enhancing system performance remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering efforts of a scrum team to deliver high-performing software products
• Design and implement REST APIs, services, and cloud solutions, ensuring code quality and maintainability
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve system bottlenecks and architectural risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in software development with C# and web applications
• Experience with Angular or React web technologies and relational DBMS
• 1 year of experience working with AWS
• Proficient in using design patterns, including REST
