Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative AI solutions, the full-time remote Lead Software Engineer will manage the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced conversational AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of conversational AI solutions
• Oversee AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to gather requirements and deliver effective AI solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 7 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML solutions
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and core AI/ML concepts
• Experience with Dialogflow, conversational agents, and backend API integration
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior engineers
