Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Lead Software Engineer in a full-time hybrid role to drive architectural integrity and technical excellence, focusing on AI-augmented development and SDLC transformation while leading a disciplined engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design systems using S.O.L.I.D. principles to ensure long-term maintainability and extensibility
- Lead the integration of AI-assisted development tools to enhance team efficiency and code quality
- Audit and transform development processes, establishing rigorous standards for quality and code review
Required Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (Node.js), NoSQL (MongoDB), and Angular
- Experience with modern data platforms, such as Snowflake, is a plus
- Proven ability to lead teams and challenge the status quo for codebase health
- Strong understanding of iterative development and modern software methodologies
