Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

To lead complex software development initiatives, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will design, architect, and develop large-scale applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical mentorship, with partial telecommuting options available.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade software applications while ensuring compliance with security frameworks and best practices
• Provide technical leadership and conduct code reviews to enforce performance and security mandates
• Lead the planning and execution of multi-phase development projects, ensuring automated compliance and zero-downtime deployments

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in Infrastructure-as-Code orchestration and Azure application engineering
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery frameworks, including Jenkins DSL or GitHub Actions
• Proficiency in cloud security engineering in HIPAA-regulated environments
• Experience with API Gateway architecture and security engineering using Spring Cloud Gateway
