Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the development and support of technical solutions for web and mobile platforms, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams on the Store Item and Inventory Management Systems (SIIMS), ensuring efficient workflows and driving innovation in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug, and support complex technical solutions while leading code reviews and knowledge transfers
• Collaborate with Product Owners to make technical design decisions for scalable enterprise-level solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot application workloads in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), resolving performance bottlenecks and infrastructure issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of IT experience delivering enterprise applications, with a track record of leading complex initiatives
• 5+ years of experience with .NET Core and C#, including .NET 8+, and SQL/database design
• 3+ years of experience designing and building microservices and RESTful APIs
• 1+ years of experience monitoring and troubleshooting workloads in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
