Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

To drive the design and delivery of scalable software solutions, the fully remote Lead Software Engineer will lead a team in developing enterprise-level applications, defining technical direction, and ensuring high-quality cloud-based solutions while working Pacific Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and testing of enterprise-level software applications
• Define technical direction and architecture for Azure-based solutions
• Mentor and lead a team of software engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and REST API development
• Hands-on experience with Azure and microservices architecture
• Experience with containerization and cloud deployments (Docker, AKS, Kubernetes)
