Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of high-performance detection platforms, the full-time remote Lead Software Engineer will shape software architecture, mentor junior engineers, and ensure system stability through automated testing and monitoring.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end architecture and implementation of software from conception to robust CI/CD practices
• Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and promote maintainable code standards
• Implement high-availability systems with automated test suites and proactive monitoring tools

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of software development experience on Linux or Unix-style platforms
• Expert-level proficiency in Golang and C++
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases
