Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and development of enterprise-grade automation solutions, the full-time remote Lead Software Engineer will serve as the technical lead for UiPath delivery teams, providing hands-on development and establishing technical standards while mentoring team members.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of UiPath automation solutions
- Mentor development teams and enforce enterprise development standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure automation solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with UiPath automation solutions and related technologies
- Strong expertise in integrating UiPath with REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise applications
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps platforms such as Git and Azure DevOps
- Strong knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, and scripting for automation development
