Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will establish best practices in software development and deliver complex project work in a remote environment while collaborating with business stakeholders and maintaining software applications.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the end-to-end technical flow of projects and implement solutions based on best practices
• Influence technical solutions through collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team
• Assist in code reviews and enforce standard practices while resolving production issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience/training
• 8+ years of experience in software development
• Experience in a full-stack environment, including Java 17 and above, SQL, and Angular or React
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud technologies
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and industry best practices
