Job Summary

Leading software design processes, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will provide project leadership, manage technical projects, and collaborate with scrum teams to enhance application performance and maintainability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical project management and leadership for software design processes
• Collaborate with teams to build, deploy, and manage high-performing production systems
• Implement platform-level components and enhance the performance of existing solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in software development using Node.js or Python
• Experience with Angular or React web technologies and databases like Postgres or AuroraDB
• Familiarity with AWS technologies such as ECS, S3, or Lambda
• Proven ability to identify system bottlenecks and architectural risks
