Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

Providing technical leadership and hands-on engineering expertise, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will support the Enterprise Items business area by delivering secure, compliant, and scalable enterprise platforms and integrations in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, testing, implementation, and support of complex, enterprise-scale technology solutions
• Provide guidance and resolution for highly complex technical issues while ensuring alignment with architectural standards and security policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including enterprise application development in a multi-platform distributed environment
• 7+ years of experience with the .NET framework, C#, SQL, and design patterns
• Experience designing enterprise-class solutions and leading technical design efforts across multiple teams
• Willingness to work on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed
