Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Driving the delivery and enhancement of Workday Compensation capabilities, the fully remote Lead Software Engineer will lead design, configuration, and optimization efforts while providing technical leadership and coaching to a team of Product Engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation
- Partner with Digital Product Managers to prioritize and deliver solutions that align with compensation programs and business objectives
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex configuration challenges and platform capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday experience with expertise in Core Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
- Strong understanding of compensation administration and Total Rewards processes
- Experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting production environments
