Job Summary
Focusing on front-end development, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will lead the architecture, design, and execution of responsive web applications while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of modern, responsive front-end user interfaces using React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Design and deploy AI-powered solutions and intelligent front-end features to tackle complex business challenges
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers, ensuring high standards of code quality and best practices
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent software engineering experience
- 4.5+ years of software engineering experience focusing on front-end web application development

- 2+ years of experience with modern front-end state management libraries and testing frameworks
