Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and development of a next-generation privileged access platform, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will manage critical gateway services and terminal access protocols while working remotely in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate secure gateway controls and terminal logins for the PAM product line
- Maintain service boundaries and design resilient APIs for independent operation on core platform infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly design and validate technical solutions prior to implementation
Required qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience as a Software Engineer with team lead experience
- Strong proficiency in AI-Led Development using C# / .NET, Rust, or TypeScript
- Practical experience with secure gateway architectures and session proxying (SSH, RDP, HTTPS)
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management and real-time audit logging systems
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) and automated test frameworks
