Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the CRM and Integrations team, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will design, build, and scale integration solutions for telephony and CRM platforms, focusing on delivering reliable, cloud-based services while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build modern integration solutions using web UI frameworks, REST APIs, and cloud services
- Develop and maintain integration capabilities with mainstream CRM systems and third-party providers
- Drive improvements in system reliability, scalability, performance, monitoring, and incident response
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership
- Experience with cloud-native or microservice-based applications
- Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM platform and its APIs
- Proficiency in at least two modern JavaScript frameworks
