Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Lead Software Engineer will build and scale systems for digital payments, manage integrations with global payment vendors, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver new payment initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of key initiatives while guiding the team on best engineering practices
- Develop and support .Net Core and .Net Framework REST APIs and Microservices
- Mentor and develop the engineering team, promoting continuous improvement and quality delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional experience as a .Net Developer or in a comparable object-oriented programming language
- 3+ years of experience leading teams to deliver complex initiatives and core projects
- Proficiency with .Net Core, C#, Python, Java, SQL Server, and Git/Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, relational databases, and SDLC
