Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely from anywhere within the U.S., the full-time Lead Software Engineer will provide technical leadership in architecture design and solution development, mentor engineers, and drive engineering excellence while ensuring scalable and secure solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership through architecture design and solution development, contributing to reusable enterprise-wide components
- Mentor engineers via code reviews and technical coaching while promoting coding standards and best practices
- Establish and enhance CI/CD pipelines and operational processes to improve efficiency and reliability
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 8+ years of equivalent experience
- 8+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
- Technical skills including 1+ years of Facets development experience and full-stack engineering with Java Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and automated build/deployment processes
