Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and development of a next-generation privileged access platform, the full-time Lead Software Engineer on the Priv Controls team will manage end-to-end delivery of secure gateway services and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely from the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate secure, performant gateway controls and auditing mechanisms for the PAM product line
- Maintain strict service boundaries and design resilient APIs for the PAM platform's independent operation
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to rapidly design and validate technical solutions prior to implementation
Required qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience as a Software Engineer with team lead experience
- Strong proficiency in AI-Led Development using C# / .NET, Rust, or TypeScript
- Practical experience in designing secure gateway architectures and session proxying
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management and real-time audit logging systems
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) and automated test frameworks
