Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of customer identity and access solutions, the full-time remote Lead Software Engineer will serve as the technical authority while collaborating with various teams to ensure secure and compliant customer access across digital experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and coach team members while independently working on applications within approved Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
- Review and approve application designs and technical proposals, overseeing execution through the change management process
- Lead the implementation and governance of authentication and authorization frameworks, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree with a minimum of 7 years or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of systems analysis/application development experience
- Expert proficiency in C# and strong experience with JavaScript and Angular development
- Demonstrated experience implementing modern authentication and authorization frameworks
- Hands-on experience with source control platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and application design patterns
