Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Providing hands-on technical leadership, the full-time remote Lead Software Engineer will accelerate new product development and modernize platforms while focusing on AI enablement, software quality, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical initiatives across Alpha and Delta teams, supporting product development, platform modernization, and system reliability
- Design and implement scalable software solutions, APIs, and integrations while mentoring engineers and establishing coding standards
- Identify and integrate AI solutions to enhance software development processes and improve customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and modern frontend technologies like Angular and TypeScript
- Strong experience with Azure services and CI/CD pipelines, including deployment automation and release controls
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools and integrating AI into enterprise applications
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership and influence direction across multiple teams as a senior individual contributor
- Solid understanding of software architecture, including RESTful APIs and microservices design
