Job Summary

Architecting and delivering core infrastructure for AI applications, the full-time Lead Software Engineer, AI will design AI-powered tools that enhance software development processes while collaborating across teams to integrate intelligent solutions remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered tools to enhance the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with teams to identify pain points and integrate intelligent agents to improve code quality
• Mentor engineers and advocate for scalable AI tooling practices within the organization

Required qualifications

• Expertise in incorporating AI/ML into developer workflows, including code generation and CI/CD
• Strong coding skills in at least two languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or C#
• Experience in designing systems that improve engineering velocity or product delivery
• Clear communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Open-source contributions or experience with AI/ML libraries or LLM integration is a plus
