Lead Software Engineer, AI Orchestration
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Lead Software Engineer, AI Orchestration, this role will design and implement scalable AI orchestration frameworks, develop multi-agent workflows, and manage AI context engineering strategies, all while working in a hybrid environment that combines remote flexibility with in-person collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical vision and architecture for the AI Workload Orchestration Platform
- Design and engineer AI orchestration frameworks that integrate multiple models, agents, and applications
- Lead the implementation of AI context engineering strategies and develop reusable orchestration patterns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Data Engineering, AI Engineering, or related disciplines
- Strong experience in developing large-scale data pipelines and distributed data-processing solutions
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and web services at scale
