Lead Software Engineer - Appian

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of enterprise-scale Appian applications, the full-time Lead Software Engineer - Appian will serve as the technical lead for delivery teams, providing hands-on development and mentoring while ensuring solution quality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise Appian applications
• Provide technical direction and code leadership for Appian delivery teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions throughout the software development lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• Extensive hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using the Appian Platform
• Strong expertise in SAIL, Records, Process Models, and Web APIs
• Experience integrating Appian with REST APIs, SOAP services, and databases
• Experience leading Agile delivery teams and mentoring developers
