Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer II for AI Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship LLM apps & agents with clear SLAs and observability
• Own RAG pipelines, including design, ingestion, and evaluation
• Design and implement scalable AWS architectures with core platform capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in AI/LLM applications
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Bedrock, and related AI tools
• Practical experience designing and tuning retrieval systems
• Strong fundamentals in Python and modern packaging/testing
• Experience with CI/CD, containers, and cloud fundamentals (AWS)
