Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer, ServiceNow is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the design and development of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions focused on Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end ServiceNow implementation across HRSD
- Design scalable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
- Lead technical design reviews and optimize customer experience using modern UI and AI workflows
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience
- Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations of HRSD
- Advanced ServiceNow scripting skills (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules)
- Experience with Integration Hub and enterprise integrations
