Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer, ServiceNow is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions focused on Customer Service Management and Finance workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow across CSM and Finance workflows
- Design scalable solutions aligned with best practices and enterprise standards
- Lead technical design reviews and optimize customer experience using modern UI and AI workflows
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience
- Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Strong understanding of service management and business workflows
- Advanced ServiceNow scripting and workflow orchestration skills
