Lead Software Engineer, ServiceNow

Job Summary

Lead Software Engineer, ServiceNow is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions focused on Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ServiceNow implementation across HRSD
• Design scalable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and lead technical design reviews
• Optimize customer experience using modern UI and AI-assisted workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations of HRSD
• Advanced ServiceNow scripting skills (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts)
• Experience with Integration Hub and enterprise integrations
