Job Summary

Lead Software Engineer, ServiceNow AI is a full-time remote position responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions with a focus on AI-driven automation and integration architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and design scalable solutions aligned with best practices
• Integrate ServiceNow with AI services and monitor AI feature performance across business units
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and influence platform strategy and roadmap planning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience
• Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Strong understanding of service management and enterprise systems
• Advanced skills in ServiceNow scripting and platform security
