Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Transaction Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with Product Management to translate user stories into technical plans
Identifying and addressing tech debt while upholding application performance and security best practices
Writing code for medium to large features, leading code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience building front-end applications in production environments
Expertise in JavaScript and experience with Typescript
Proficiency in React or Next.js, with strong testing skills using Jest and Cypress
Experience mentoring junior engineers and familiarity with Git & Github
Experience with Jira and a high EQ for effective communication
