Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software QA Analyst (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for multiple applications
Perform various types of testing, including exploratory, functional, and regression testing
Collaborate with development and product teams to clarify requirements and document defects

Required Qualifications

4-7 years of hands-on software QA experience
Experience in regulated industries, such as healthcare or benefits administration, is a plus
Proficient with test and defect tracking tools, such as Azure DevOps
No formal degree required; bootcamp, self-taught, or equivalent experience is acceptable
Self-starter with strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
