Key Responsibilities

• Implement quality as an integral part of the development process and educate engineers on anticipating failure modes
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to assess project feasibility and clarify execution plans
• Manage delivery for AI-first engineering teams, ensuring predictable outcomes and alignment across departments

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in quality engineering, SDET, or technical delivery leadership
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation and CI/CD systems
• Proficient in querying complex data systems, with SQL knowledge required
• Experience with AI-assisted development or ML/LLM-based systems
• Familiarity with MarTech/AdTech ecosystems, with healthcare knowledge being a significant advantage
