Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

Delivering automated solutions for software processes, the full-time Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer will plan, organize, and coordinate testing activities to ensure successful project deployment while working remotely from Louisiana.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute QA tests for various software applications, identifying bugs and quality issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure quality needs are met
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members while maintaining quality assurance processes and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management, or equivalent experience
• Seven years of related quality assurance testing experience, including automated testing and database technologies
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft TFS/Azure DevOps and mobile testing is preferred
• Experience leading multiple projects with distributed teams is advantageous
• Certifications in software quality or technical equivalents are preferred
