Lead Software Quality Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Quality Engineer to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of an AI/ML enabled clinical software platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and assess risks across the platform
• Define and implement a risk-based quality strategy aligned with patient impact and business priorities
• Establish quality engineering standards and enable teams to build and maintain automated tests in CI/CD

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years in software quality engineering or software engineering with a focus on quality and automation
• 3+ years of professional software development in .NET, with experience in test and automation frameworks
• 3+ years of experience in front-end development and testing with JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and modern DevOps practices
