Lead Software Tester
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Tester to provide hands-on testing and leadership within a cross-functional Agile team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee test execution tasks, including various testing types in an Agile-Scrum environment
- Lead the development of automated testing and manage test processes, reporting, and tools
- Advise program leadership on the progress of testing activities and collaborate with technical leads and product owners
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software testing and usability evaluation
- Strong foundation in test planning, automation, execution, and defect documentation
- Experience creating testing artifacts such as usability test plans and testing scripts
