Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Tester.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and develop detailed test plans, scenarios, and cases
• Execute manual test cases and perform exploratory testing to identify defects
• Manage defect documentation and collaborate with development teams to verify fixes

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Experience creating and executing test cases and test plans
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into test scenarios
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is preferred
