Lead Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain solution and architectural roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy
• Lead the design and adoption of shared technical solutions and automation frameworks across teams
• Ensure security is integrated into solution designs and guide secure cloud migrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 12-15 years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise technology roles
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably with CMS experience
• Strong understanding of modern development practices including agile delivery and DevSecOps
• Proven ability to balance architectural rigor with pragmatic delivery needs
