Lead Solution Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting the Enterprise sales team, the remote Lead Solution Consultant will analyze complex customer business problems, translate them into tailored solutions using Docusign's platform, and deliver high ROI recommendations while collaborating closely with sales to achieve revenue goals.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and map customer business problems to Docusign solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations and articulate recommendations to clients
- Partner with sales teams to drive revenue and establish long-term client relationships
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of related experience in a pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions
- BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Fluency in English and Italian at a professional standard
- Experience with technical business documentation such as workflow diagrams and proposals
- Proven ability to work with employees at all levels of an organization
