Lead Solution Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with the Enterprise presales Solution Consulting and Field Sales teams, the full-time remote Lead Solution Engineer will uncover customer business challenges, document complex processes, and build integrated solutions using Docusign's platform while engaging with stakeholders across large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to secure new business within assigned territories and accounts
• Document and analyze complex business challenges and enterprise architecture
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and articulate the business value of recommended solutions

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of Enterprise pre-sales experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions
• BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Experience with technical business documentation such as workflow diagrams and proposals
• Familiarity with Enterprise-class software systems like ERP, CRM, and ECM
• Proven experience with software system configuration and integration
