Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Lead Solution Engineer will partner with Account Executives to understand customer business goals, present product demonstrations, and create innovative solutions to enhance customer success.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and address customer challenges throughout the sales cycle
- Deliver executive-level product demonstrations to key stakeholders, showcasing the value of SPM
- Engage with sales and product development teams to provide feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related industry
- Prior experience as a power user or admin of Salesforce
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients in a Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering role
- Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator or Architect are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop solutions for enterprise-level customers
