Lead Solution Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the engineering strategy and implementation of Conga CPQ solutions, the full-time Lead Solution Engineer will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Conga CPQ, Turbo Price, and PROS solutions
• Establish best practices and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend optimal tools and architectures

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical leadership with Conga CPQ and Salesforce integration
• Strong knowledge of product modeling, pricing management, and workflow approval processes
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and integration tools like Dell Boomi
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and personalization in commerce is a plus
