Lead Solution Train Engineer
Job Summary
Coordinating execution across multiple Agile Release Trains, the remote Lead Solution Train Engineer will facilitate solution-level planning, manage dependencies and risks, and promote continuous improvement within the Software Development Life Cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate solution-level planning sessions and ongoing synchronization ceremonies to align delivery across ARTs
- Coordinate execution across ARTs, managing the movement of work and ensuring timely epic delivery
- Identify and mitigate cross-ART risks and dependencies to ensure smooth solution delivery
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, SDLC operations, or Agile leadership
- Proven ability to facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning and readiness at the portfolio level
- Experience in managing strategy and execution alignment with stakeholders within an Agile Release Train budget
- Demonstrated ability to apply Agile at Scale concepts to manage complex value streams
- Champion of continuous improvement with a servant leader mindset
