Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Solutions Analyst to provide technical support and resolve complex issues related to EHR for Practice groups and Care Coach products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class customer support and resolve client challenges related to application administration and configuration
  • Document issues and resolutions thoroughly using the help desk ticketing system
  • Mentor team members and assist in training and evaluating staff
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of practical experience supporting and troubleshooting web-based software applications
  • Strong understanding of business processes within long-term care or medical facilities
  • Experience using diagnostic tools such as Kibana and App Dynamics
  • Demonstrable experience in a leadership role
  • Formalized approach to problem-solving; certification in RCA is an asset
