Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Solutions Analyst to provide technical support and resolve complex issues related to EHR for Practice groups and Care Coach products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer support and resolve client challenges related to application administration and configuration
- Document issues and resolutions thoroughly using the help desk ticketing system
- Mentor team members and assist in training and evaluating staff
Required Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of practical experience supporting and troubleshooting web-based software applications
- Strong understanding of business processes within long-term care or medical facilities
- Experience using diagnostic tools such as Kibana and App Dynamics
- Demonstrable experience in a leadership role
- Formalized approach to problem-solving; certification in RCA is an asset
