Lead Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Providing end-to-end ownership of technical product delivery, the full-time Lead Solutions Architect will guide solution architecture, oversee Python-based automation and full-stack development initiatives, and serve as the primary technical authority in client engagements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide architectural oversight and technical direction across teams developing Python-based automation and full-stack applications
• Translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable technical designs and lead solutioning sessions
• Serve as the primary technical interface for stakeholders, presenting solutions and managing trade-offs to ensure alignment with mission objectives

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, or solution architecture
• Strong technical background in Python-based scripting and/or full-stack development (React, Spring Boot, or similar)
• Proven experience leading system architecture and delivering scalable, cloud-based solutions
• Experience overseeing cross-functional engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
