Lead Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Driving application modernization initiatives, the full-time Lead Solutions Architect will provide technical and management leadership for the Decennial Transformation and Application Modernization (DTAM) project, working in a hybrid environment with on-site visits as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage application design, development, and modernization activities
• Establish technical goals and execution plans aligned with project objectives
• Oversee DevSecOps implementation and ensure application security and operational readiness

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in IT, software engineering, or enterprise architecture
• Demonstrated experience in technical and management leadership on major programs
• Experience directing technical teams and establishing execution strategies
• Proven ability to interface with clients and senior leadership
• Experience supervising technical teams across multiple workstreams
