Lead Solutions Architect

Job Summary

As a key technical leader in the Solutions Architecture team, the remote Lead Solutions Architect will drive strategy and execution of complex integration initiatives, mentor team members, and improve internal processes while collaborating with critical partners and enterprise merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team with integration buildouts for major deals
• Act as a technical expert for API and ERP/ecommerce/marketplace system integrations
• Mentor junior Solutions Architects and establish best practices for integration design

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles
• 6+ years of experience with integration development and APIs
• Proven track record of delivering complex API integrations in relevant environments
• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring others
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and ERP/Ecommerce platform architecture
