Lead Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of automation solutions, the full-time Lead Solutions Architect will architect end-to-end automation frameworks and streamline operational workflows in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation solutions across on-premises and multi-cloud environments
• Develop and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) standards and practices for consistent environment builds
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, ensuring automation designs meet security and compliance requirements

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations, systems engineering, or infrastructure architecture with a focus on automation
• 4+ years of hands-on experience designing automation solutions in hybrid and/or multi-cloud environments
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Strong programming skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation workflows
